Returning to Wholeness

Movement, relaxation, and meditation for body, mind, and attention

What happens when the body is in one place, the mind in another, and attention pulled in ten directions at once?

Many of us know this feeling well. We move through our days fragmented—thinking one thing, feeling another, doing something else entirely. We may feel disconnected from the body, divided within ourselves, or unable to gather our energy in a steady way.

This series invites you into practices designed to help restore a sense of inner coherence.

Working with the energy centers of the body, we will explore ways of bringing body, mind, and attention into a more unified experience. Through movement, breath, meditation, and focused awareness, we will create opportunities to notice where energy feels blocked, scattered, or split—and to support greater clarity, steadiness, and integration.

This is not about forcing an experience or mastering a system. It is about entering into practice with curiosity and care.

Together, we will explore the body’s energy centers as a helpful framework for inner attention and transformation, while drawing on practices that help us feel more grounded, present, awake, and whole.

In these classes, we may explore

  • grounding and stability
  • flow and emotional ease
  • energy, vitality, and inner fire
  • openness of heart and breath
  • sound, expression, and spacious awareness
  • the relationship between body, mind, and attention
  • practices for greater inner integration

What to expect

Each 90-minute class will include a blend of practices that may draw from:

  • gentle movement
  • breathwork
  • meditation
  • concentration practices
  • mantra, or sound
  • energy-based reflection and awareness

Jennifer Rose and Viviana Celicia will be teaching collaboratively, weaving together our different strengths and approaches in service of a shared experience.

All three classes will be recorded. You do not need to be present in real time to benefit from this instruction. And every enrollee will receive the recordings. You will be enabled to repeat the class instructions until you have internalized the practices.

Join us on Sundays in June on the 7th, 14th, and 21st from 1 pm to 2:30 pm Pacific / 4 pm to 5:30 pm Eastern.
