Two simple questions can move you toward your innate happiness and strength:

What is a recent positive moment you experienced?

What were you doing that made that moment happen?

Practicing these questions with others is elevating and connects us in positivity. Don’t miss this rare opportunity.

You’ll leave with:
• 2–3 positive moments that matter to you
• Strengths language you can actually use (at work, at home, in your own self-talk)
• A repeatable method you can use anytime you feel stuck or unsure

Early registration helps it arrive by Feb 25, but the workbook is not required for the workshop—and you can share your address later if you prefer.
